Langtur med Anton. På langturen vi hadde en orienteering trening. Det var på hans kart som han hadde lagde, men vi hadde ikke en kart med løype på det. Anton ville fortelle meg hvor hver post var, jeg ville spring med ham etter meg, og da han ville fortelle meg hvor den neste posten var. Så vi hadde mange pauser men det var bra trening uansett. Jeg løp for kort på 7 (+1:00) og på 10 jeg trodde jeg var for langt men jeg var faktisk for kort. Jeg var forvirret med de 2 bakkene i det åpent omradet (+0:20).

Long run with Anton. In the long run we had an orienteering training. It was on his map that he made, but we did not have map with a course on it. Anton would tell me where each control was, I would run with him following me, and then he would tell me where the next control was. So we had many breaks but it was good training anyway. I was too short on 7 (+1:00) and on 10 I thought I was too far but I was actually too short. I was confused with the two hills in the open area (+0:20).
