Felt terrible during the warm up with my legs feeling heavy. Completely missed the 1st control while I was folding my map and didn't realise during the race. The bush was really strange and relying on the compass was the only was to navigate. Got thrown off by the unmapped trail to 19. Really unfoccuesed going to 20, 21 and 22, losing well over a minute with mistakes and bad routechoice. learn't a few new things from this race.
