Wasn't feeling too flash, sore stomach still. Didn't get much chance for a warm up before I started. Had a clean first few controls in the low vis green but took them quite slowly. Lost 4 min on 5 though, Hit the wrong depression and then relocated off where I though 6 was but ran past it. Then in the running sections my stomach got really sore. Normally I could have passed Brent and James but my legs wouldn't run for me because of sickness. around controls 12 and 13 my legs started cramping and I felt like I was just about to throw up so I pulled out. I think I got to run the best part of the course though
