Last training before I leave for Finland. Idea was long run (focus) with uptempo control picking in the middle to make it extra hard. Unfortunately I got roped into putting out controls for the training day which was a bit of a waste of 35mins at the start. Only had a corridor map for those controls and one took me 10mins place in the right spot! :( Put me off a bit at the start which might explain the inexplicably hashed corridor. Regained my focus for the rest of it though
