2 hr long run, focusing on focus with no tracks. First bit was nice bar one control, corridor I was going nicely until I veered slightly but soon regained. Visited some nice bits of the steep stuff and was really enjoying myself until.. met something at the top and I suddenly had to gap it back ;) Regained the corridor but had to gap again for the same reason :/
