Did this training with Fredrick Eden, someone I will most likely be racing next year. Was quite stable early on, but then had a bad compass to the 9th. We did the butterfly in opposite directions, and then we did the first biggish pivot together. He is really quite fast :P, and maybe my legs were not as fast today but I saw at some moments the speed I should be orienteering. Last loop we did in opposite directions head to head, I won but because he made a massive mistakes!
