Magic Mushroom Training (21/12/2011)

Fun session. Focused a lot more on my navigation, not pushing as hard physically especially in the technical intervals. My brain was really tired after a long day at work, a limited amount of sleep recently and generally just the accumulation of long successive orienteering sessions. All good base training though :)
