Fun little middle distance with sport ident! I have had some problems with my right quad over the past couple of days, so was pleased to be out running. I think the leg is recovering well but will still take it fairly easy over the next few days.

Really trick course. I had some trouble with 2,13,14,16,17 but otherwise good.
