Last Training in Sweden for 2014 (06-12-2014)

Last training in Sweden before heading to NZ tomorrow. Ran a little faster in the beginning with Thierry and Albin, then settled down and enjoyed the forest. Ran around the lake in the end, making the most of what was maybe my 2nd hour of sunlight in just over a month. Now time to climb some Mountains!
