Ran course 3 for training purposes. The aim was to try to run too fast in the beginning to make myself panic, then practise refocusing. This did not happen because a) I was tired and couldn't run fast enough, and b) the navigation was too easy to really mess up. Second part of the course I aimed to follow my highlighted route. This was fine apart from on the way to 9 where I went down the wrong track...
