Trying this out as a way to assess my technique early in the season. Seemed to drift right on 4/5 of the legs. Keen to do this again and get more data points.

Stuggled with this. Control 7 didn't have a tape so wasted some time searching around when I was in the correct place. Seemed to drift right for a few of the others, Joshua Jones was showing me up, he's definitely handy with a map.

Focus on exit direction to achieve good flow. Setting up the compass before the next leg. Chose to practise the forest rather than my 'race choice' of the tracks for control 7. Ended up misreading the control circle slightly when I crossed the path otherwise all fine
